We found The Brazilian Buffet mostly by accident. But the two buffet tables offered plenty of variety And the taste, ingredients, and seasonings, all bespoke of a caring family and kitchen crew, chef and helpers, who knew how to cook I cant wait to return to Brazilian Buffet in Newark, N.J.
